Scholars were treated to a VIP visit from the Welsh Minister for Education, Kirsty Williams, the Chancellor of Swansea University, Professor Paul Boyle, and a delegation from the Welsh Government and Houston Independent School District.
In August 2019, twelve hard-working Mission Squash scholars had the opportunity to compete in the Lifetime Summer Silver tournament in Houston’s City Center. Scholars played matches against junior players from Texas, Atlanta, Chicago, Ohio, and even Barbados.
