In 2015, we partnered with HISD to build the first-ever squash and education facility within the campus of a US public school. We converted an 80-year old auxiliary gym space within Hogg Middle School in the Houston Heights into a state-of-the-art facility, housing three international-specification squash courts, a purpose-built academic space and a program office.
Our on-campus location has enabled us to mitigate some of the transportation challenges that other urban squash programs have faced and helped with student retention, discipline and academic integration.
